Syncapse Media Inc. will collect Personal Information from you when you enter a contest or sweepstakes at this website. “Personal Information” includes data such as your first and last name, residence address, telephone number, e-mail address, or any other information that would allow someone to identify you.
Syncapse Media collects Personal Information from visitors who subscribe to be notified of the BlackBerry® Curve™ 8900 phone availability. Users wishing to unsubscribe can follow the instructions included in each newsletter or simply call us to have their name removed from our list.
